A SUPERIOR POWDER COATING PROCESS
Our meticulous powder coating procedure begins with an intensive surface preparation of the metal framing. The application of a bonded zirconium and chromate conversion coating follows this. Finally, an electrically applied powder coating is added to secure maximum resilience against various elements, including rust, salt, air, chemicals, oxidation, ultraviolet exposure, humidity, and extreme weather conditions.
Compared to alternative finishes, our powder coating process exhibits heightened resistance to chipping, scratching, and fading, ensuring colors remain vivid and vibrant for an extended period.
