Alaska Structures (AKS) offers the most comprehensive line of Kitchen and Dining Facilities. Our buildings are ideal for the rapid installation and removal, or permanent applications where kitchen facilities are needed. Because of the low weight and cube of our engineered Kitchen Facilities, they can easily be transported to remote locations, providing a large savings over modular or hard-wall units.
AKS Kitchen Facilities can be insulated and additionally heated or cooled depending on the application. Our buildings are mildew and mold resistant, providing a safe and clean environment to prepare and serve meals.
Available in any size, our Kitchen Facility buildings ensure the safe provision and operation of all kitchen equipment and circulation space, including cookers, fixed work surfaces, fixed sinks with hot/cold water, food storage, and exhaust systems.
AKS provides buildings for every environment. Our mobile kitchen facilities for 4-person exploration camps to 5,000 man permanent applications, can be completely self-contained or complexed with our AKS Dining Facility to ensure quick delivery from the kitchen to dining area.
